her to put it in she had to have power to the radio for about 10-15 mins I
think, then it just unlocked and she put the code in.
Anyway I'm asking because a mate hasd just put a CD player in his VR and I
was thinking of putting his old stereo in my VL, so I will need to put the
code in to reset it. Also on Barina's, we have a 98 model and I pulled the
stereo out the other day to check the plugs out for a CD player and when I
put it back in it still worked and all the stations were still in the
presets. Once it's unplugged shouldn't you need the code? It does have this
feature and I have the code, just seemed funny as it was totally
disconnected for about 5 mins or so and worked straight away when put back
in.
