Kodi Download Windows 7 Starter
I dl'd Kodi 17.3 from the Kodi website. The store version is only for Windows 10. I'm using Windows 7 Pro - Service Pack 1 - 64bit.which works fine with Kodi 17.1. I'm having no problems with that version, except that I keep getting messages with 17.1 to upgrade to 17.3. When I dl 17.3, it won't install. Steps to Install Kodi on Windows 7. The setup process of Kodi on Windows 7 is the same as Windows 10. All you need to do is visit Kodi’s official website, go to the download section from the website, and then download the software to your device. After that run the setup process and follow the steps as given by the installation wizard.

Latest Release and Manual Update for LibreELEC (.img.gz)
To update an existing LibreELEC device transfer the manual update file over to /storage/.update/ or the “Updates” samba share before rebooting to start the update process. The same .img file is used for v2 and v3 devices. It can also be used to create SD cards using other SD card writing apps:
